About me

About me

I help mission-driven startups and non-profits transform complex information into clear, engaging, and human-centered digital experiences.

With a background spanning sustainability, healthcare, cybersecurity, and education, I've learned that the best digital products don't just look good—they make complicated ideas accessible and inspire people to act. I blend strategy, design, and storytelling to help organizations communicate their purpose and impact with clarity and create experiences that resonate with their audiences.

Whether it's conducting user research, designing intuitive interfaces, crafting UX copy that guides users through complex tasks, or advising on content strategy, I focus on creating experiences that serve both people and purpose.

A little about my journey

Where it all started

Where it all started

I started my career in digital production and project management, leading teams to bring all kinds of digital ideas to life (websites, apps, and immersive experiences).

Working across disciplines taught me how much design and strategy can do when they’re aligned: not just building things that work, but creating things that matter.

Finding my path

Finding my path

Five years ago, I decided to focus on what I cared about most — the human experience behind technology. That’s when I moved into Experience Design, exploring how design thinking can untangle complex problems and make everyday interactions feel effortless.

Since then, I’ve honed my UX craft from information architecture, mental models, research to prototyping and UI design, always guided by curiosity, empathy, and a deep love of learning.

Designing with purpose

I began putting these skills intro practice at Gabba, collaborating with startups and non-profits in diverse industries, helping them turn ideas into digital solutions that are useful, accessible and meaningful for their audiences.

My favorite projects are the ones that connect people to something bigger, like improving access to healthcare, supporting social and environmental causes, or helping organizations work more sustainably.

Sharpening the skills

Sharpening the skills

Because I’ve always cared about execution as much as ideas, I deepened my training across UX, Graphic Design and UI Design, and later explored the fundamentals of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript through two postgraduate programs — one focused on UX foundations and theory, and the other on hands-on design and development.

That technical foundation, combined with my background in project management, helps me collaborate closely with developers, bridge the gap between design and build, and keep projects running smoothly, moving from concept to delivery with clarity and flow.

What drives my work

What drives my work

These are some of the design principles
that guide my work and help me grow as a UX specialist, creating experiences that are thoughtful, inclusive, and meaningful.

Human-centered

I design with empathy, always starting from people’s needs, motivations, and contexts to create solutions that truly make sense.

Inclusive design

I strive to make every experience accessible and flexible enough to adapt to different abilities, devices, and cultural contexts. Making sure that no one is left out of the conversation.

Data-driven decisions

I balance creativity and intuition with evidence, using research and analytics to guide smarter design decisions and measurable outcomes.

Systems thinking

I look beyond the screens to understand how every piece works, connecting people, processes, and technology to design meaningful and coherent experiences.
